The Welly is saddened to announce the recent passing of our good friend Ted.

Ted was one of life’s regulars. You could always count on seeing him with a pint of Fosters in hand, keeping one eye on the fruit machine. Whether luck was with him or not, he always played the odds in his head!

He was a familiar face, a friendly presence, and part of the furniture here at the Welly. His stories, his laughs, and his unwavering character will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Ted will be greatly missed by his friends at the pub, and our thoughts are with his family and loved ones at this sad time.

Raise a glass of Fosters for Ted. Rest easy, Ted. 🩵🩵🩵
