A delicate sweet pastry tart topped with fresh Durley strawberries, silky crème diplomate, macerated Durley strawberries, crisp meringue, refreshing champagne sorbet, and finished with fragrant lemon balm.

Every element has been carefully considered to create a dessert that not only looks beautiful but tastes incredible too. Showcasing the very best of local produce is something we’re passionate about, and this dessert does exactly that.
