👋 So from Friday there will be road closures to make way for the new bypass. Unfortunately the diversions are pretty long so if you’re planning on visiting us over a scorcher of a weekend then plan ahead ☺️ ☀️

Friday 22 May – Monday 25 May

From 9pm on Friday 22 May, both the A3051 (YMCA Fairthorne to A334) and the A334 (Sherecroft Way to Hilson Road) will be closed to traffic.

The A334 will reopen at 6am on Monday 25 May to all traffic via a temporary new road layout.

A signed diversion will be in place throughout the closure.

Monday 25 May – Monday 1 June

A section of the A3051 (YMCA Fairthorne to A334) will remain closed and will reopen at 6am on Monday 1 June.

A signed diversion route will be in place, this will differ from the first diversion to utilise the A334.

Just a heads up we will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday 20th May, back open on Thursday from 11am ☺️

We’re saying a fond farewell to our beloved Hayley. 👋

She’s been with us since the start of our 6 year journey and in total has been at the Cricketers for a staggering 11 years, having worked her way from KP to Sous Chef. She has grown in so many ways and we’re super proud of how far she’s come.

She’s off to spread her wings and her culinary skills down in Cornwall and we wish her all the best in her next chapter. Keep in touch.
