🍻 BAR MANAGER WANTED – RIB CLUB 🍻

Pints, people & a bit of controlled chaos.

Rib Club is looking for a Bar Manager who can pour a proper pint, lead a team, keep the atmosphere buzzing, and somehow still keep the numbers looking healthy 👀

This isn’t your average bar job — it’s about running the show, creating a great atmosphere, and making sure people come in for one drink and accidentally stay all night 🍺

✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Running the bar day-to-day like a boss (but a friendly one)
• Leading the team and keeping spirits high
• Looking after our wonderfully random mix of customers
• Planning events and keeping the place busy 🎉
• Managing stock, cellar operations & budgets
• Driving sales, memberships & good vibes

✨ What you’ll need:
• Solid bar management experience
• Confidence dealing with people, pressure & busy nights
• Great people skills and a sense of humour
• Cellar knowledge (mystery kegs aren’t a business plan)
• Good organisation and business awareness

💰 Hours & pay: Negotiable

We will be showing the FA Cup final this afternoon in the back room on three large screens.

Usual offers and low priced drinks.

There is a private function on tonight so the front room is closed so please enter via the side door.

Meanwhile in the Village there is a large music festival on the Rec hosted by Ribchester Rovers Football Club from 12:30pm til 9:00pm fundraising to support their 22 teams.

If you are coming to the village today make sure you bring your family and friends to support Rock on the Rec
