It's Meet the Team Monday... number 2!!!
I know we've already done one for Harry today, but we really wanted to take this opportunity to welcome Fred to the team this week 🥰
We don't know that much about him yet... but with 30+ years of hospitality under his belt, he brings a wealth of knowledge to us, and is already having a big impact with both our team and our fabulous guests.
Fred has an incredible way of making friends with everyone he meets - and he's only done 2 shifts here so far!

It's Meet the Team Monday!!
This week, it's time to say both hello & goodbye to the lovely Harry!
Most of you will have seen Harry with us this summer, but he is actually just off to start his first year at University, studying Sports Science.
Harry - you've been a superstar and you're going to have an amazing time at Uni 🙌
We're looking forward to having him back at Christmas and hearing all about it.

We had a very lovely family in for lunch today, and they've left some very important paperwork behind!
Unfortunately they were without reservation so we have no contact details for them, but their folder is safe in our office.
We know its a long shot, and pretty vague, but it was a table of three - a lady with blonde dreadlocks, a lovely chap, and an elderly man 🙏

The bar area will be private for this event, but plenty of room for drinks & dining throughout the rest of the venue.

It's Meet the Team Monday!!
This week we introduce one of our Back of House Superstars - Sam 💚
Sam has been a chef with us for yeeeears... well before the Spread Eagle was even a Greene King venue. He is one of the most cheerful, chattiest people you'll ever meet, and takes the busiest of days in his stride.
We don't often let the chefs out of the kitchen, but we released him for a cheeky photo and a glimpse of the sun... back inside now Sam!
If he does manage to escape the hot pass again, be sure to say hello 👨‍🍳
