🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE – PRETORIA VAULTS 🚨

Following discussions with our door supervisor team and the previous owners, we have collectively reviewed the existing bans at Pretoria Vaults.

As a team, we have agreed that the bans were originally put in place for valid reasons. Therefore, all existing bans will remain in force during our initial reopening period.

We understand that circumstances can change, and we believe everyone deserves to have their individual situation considered fairly.

Each ban will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in due course. However, until a formal review has taken place and a decision has been communicated, all existing bans will continue to apply.

Our priority is to provide a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for our customers, staff and door supervisors.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support as we move Pretoria Vaults forward under its new management.
