Looking for proper comfort food? Our Shearer's Ale Pie has earned its place as a Blackbird favourite. 🥧✨

Packed with tender brisket that's been slow-braised for seven hours in Shearer's beer, layered with sweet onion compôte and wrapped in a golden combination of shortcrust and puff pastry, it's a dish that's full of rich, hearty flavour.
