ONE YEAR OF SANCO! 🖤🍕
A year ago, I opened the doors to Sanco with one big idea: bring proper Neapolitan pizza to Newcastle, do things a little differently and see how many slices you lot could actually handle.
Turns out, quite a few...😂
Fast forward a year and we've slung thousands of pizzas, poured plenty of cocktails, tested some questionable specials and caused a fair bit of slice chaos along the way.
It's been one hell of a rollercoaster. There've been some incredible highs, a few 'what the bloody hell am I doing?' moments and plenty of lessons learnt. But honestly, the best part has been the people.
I'm just a local lad who took a big leap with a slightly mad idea, and seeing so many of you walk through the doors, bring your mates, spread the word and come back for 'one more round' has meant more than you probably realise.
To everyone who's backed Sanco over the past year, and to the incredible team who make it all happen, thank you. You've helped turn that mad idea into something pretty special, and I couldn't be more grateful.
Year one has been class. Here's to the next...and whatever the hell we get up to along the way! 👀
