Make a night of it with us and see out 2026 with great food, live music and plenty of reasons to raise a glass. 🥂

From 6:30pm, join us for an evening of celebrations, starting with welcome drinks and canapés on arrival, followed by a 6-course menu and live entertainment from ‘The Band Of Covers.’

It’s the perfect way to round off the year with good food, good company and a few drinks along the way. 🍾

We’ll be joined by Jodie from Petals & Pine for an evening of autumn wreath making, where you’ll create your very own wreath to take home.

Your ticket will include all the materials you need to make your wreath, plus a drink on arrival to get the evening started. 🥂

CHRISTMAS? ALREADY?!

We know. We know. It’s only September.

But December has a habit of creeping up on us, so we thought we’d get ahead of it.

Our Christmas website is now live, with everything you need to start planning your Christmas at The Swan.

Plus, our Christmas Menu and Christmas Fayre Menu are now live alongside our usual daily menu.

And if you’re getting a bigger group together, we’ve got a little Christmas gift for you… 🎁

Groups of 13 or more who have their booking and pre-order confirmed by 27th November will receive a complimentary house drink for everyone attending.

So, yes… we realise it’s September.

But if you blink, it’ll be December and someone will be asking what you’re doing for New Year.

You can’t say we didn’t warn you. 👀

We think The Swan at Marbury is the perfect starting point for a great day out in the Cheshire countryside.

We’ve refreshed some of our favourite local walking routes, with every route starting and finishing right here at the pub.

Whether you fancy a gentle stroll or something a little longer, there’s a route to suit:

🥾 Wirswall Hill Walk
🥾 Monument Walk

You can pick up one of our walking maps in the pub, or download them from our website before you set off.

Prefer to follow the route on your phone? Our routes are also available on the free OS Maps app, so you can follow along as you walk.

So, grab your walking boots, choose your route and head out into the Cheshire countryside — then return to The Swan for a well-earned drink or something to eat.
