On Sunday 8th November, we'll be open from 11:30 with free port and pork pie on offer for those who have served our country.

Wow... what an overwhelming response we received to our last post.

We're absolutely over the moon to say it worked - less than 24 hours after posting a picture of the culprits online, the photos were returned to us by three very apologetic boys (along with a box of chocolates).

We cannot thank you all enough for sharing the post like crazy and bringing it to the attention of the right people in order for the offenders to become aware of it. We're so fortunate to have such great customers who care as much about the pups who visit the pub as we do.

So again, thank you all. And please bring your four-legged friends in and speak to a member of staff about getting their paw-trait on our wall!

And finally - R.I.P to Digger. He was the best boy and he will always have a place here at the Organ Grinder.

Hi all 👋🏼

This post is a little strange, but we'd love to talk to the young gentlemen in the image about the theft of some of our lovely customer paw-traits. 🐶

Unfortunately, the chap with curly hair and his accomplices thought it acceptable to help themselves to some of the wonderful pictures on display, one of which was of Digger - a loyal customer and all-round good boy who is no longer with us. Having his image on the wall meant a lot to us and his family.

So, if you know these people, please get them to return the pictures to us! If you don't know them, please share the post and let's see if we can identify them

Well, the dogs have spoken... and we're over the moon!

We're absolutely thrilled to be a FINALIST for Dog Friendly Venue at the Leicestershire Tourism & Hospitality Awards 2026!

We love our four-legged visitors just as much as our two-legged ones! Muddy paws, wagging tails and a warm welcome are all part of what makes our pub special.

A huge thank you to our brilliant team and all our lovely customers (and their dogs!) who make this such a friendly place to be.

It’s Nottingham B**r & C***r Festival week! 🍺

Our Blue Monkey crew are heading to the legendry Trent Bridge Cricket ground with barrels of the good stuff, including BG Sips Pale Ale, Infinity IPA, Infinity plus 1, Guerrilla Stout, Coopers Best Bitter, Cinder Toffee Stout and more.

Come and find us, grab a b**r and get your hands on one of our rather fetching Blue Monkey trilby hats! And a temp tattoo!!

We’ll be collecting donations for Our Dementia Choir with Vicky McClure, who’ll be singing for us all on Wednesday afternoon.
