There’s no shortcut to a proper French onion soup. We let our onions caramelise low and slow, giving them all the time they need to turn deep, sweet and golden. The result? A bowl of pure comfort, and it’s back on our menu just in time for the chillier evenings. Fancy a cosy catch-up? We’ll save you a spot.
