Meet Mimi — our Front of House Team Leader! ✨

5 years in and still going strong… although we’re not sure how much of that time has been spent working and how much has been spent chatting to our wonderful customers 😂

🎤 Favourite artist: Anything on the Singalong Kitchen playlist.
🎬 Favourite film genre: RomComs — obviously.
🥂 Favourite drink: Rosé Prosecco & a GOOD cocktail 🍸
🚫 Absolutely not: Sambuca. Ever. Don’t even ask.
🧀 Favourite meal: Camembert brunch with her bestie — because apparently cheese counts as a balanced diet.
🛍️ Hobbies: Buying unnecessary clothes… and presumably finding somewhere to put them.
⏰ Length of service: 5 years!
