Team PloughHounds are at it again this week, 5 of our intrepid team that includes me will be taking part in Birmingham Hyrox, I will bit kicking it off tomorrow morning, followed by Louise and Hannah in the afternoon and then Liz and Emily will be smashing it on sunday, all in the name of Charity , so please if you can donate to our current chosen charity LAMP , they really do make a massive difference. you click on the link below or if you are old school cash donations are also welcome at either The Greyhound Pub or the New Plough Inn.
