Today is end of an era for us guys. Last working Saturday before last day tomorrow.
I have truly loved working here yes its been hard at time for us especially since little un has arrived finding time to juggle family life around the pub but id like to thank all our regulars for continuing to support us and be there for us throughout covid and the last few months.
I have made so many new friends and will truly miss running the tav and seeing you all.

Please bere with us this week. We have not left yet we are just having to problems with beer orders and staff shortages. The pub will be open just may have slight differnt opening hours to accommodate staff... Be back to normal by weekend hopefully. Thanks hannah

Sat18th September we will be having a leaving party so come on down for a few drinks and nibbles and the disco will be on.
After the 2 lockdowns and a new baby wev decided to take a step back from pub life for time being. We have loved it all and all are Regulars and thank you for your continued support.
We shall still be around just at the other side of the r bar..
This will be are last weekend as leaving on the 20th.

As we all welcome tomorrows normality we would like you to know what will change when you come to visit

🟢 service from the bar will resume. There will be no table service from tomorrow

🟢track and trace is no longer mandatory however our NHS qr posters will remain in place should you wish to check in.

🟢rule of 6 no longer applies although we do ask you to be mindful of others when in larger groups

🟢Masks are no longer mandatory but should you or any staff wish to wear them please feel free 😊.

🟢People may now stand and drink.

🟢Sanitiser will still be at thr front door and our cleaning regime will continue.

Thank you all and see you all soon.. Were looking forward to getting back to normal as safely as we can

With Euros now finished and the boys doing so well, its time to keep up with the national support and see our boys through the Lions Tour with South Africa.

Join us tomorrow 14th July as the Lions take on South Africa 'A' kicking off at 7pm, make sure you get down to show them our support.

With the easing of restrictions next week, we have a full week of entertainment to kick off life getting closer to norma...

With the easing of restrictions next week, we have a full week of entertainment to kick off life getting closer to normality, everyday from 7pm through till late we have a different event each night including Club Night, Motown & Northern Soul, Songs Through the Ages, Golden Oldies and 90's & Naughties, check out the posters and see what we have in store.

Announcement

We are open for the Final!

We have been in contact with Test and Trace and from tonight we have completed the Isolation period, we have also completed rapid covid tests on all staff and am happy to say that everyone is clear, as well as had a deep clean of the pub to ensure we are safe to open.

We will be opening from 12pm Sunday with a first come first served policy for the football, so make sure you get down early as not to be disappointed.

I'd like to say a massive thank you for everyone that has messaged during isolation, we cant wait to have you all back to watch England win the Euros, Its Coming Home!
