Sourced directly from J W Mettrick & Son Ltd (Mettrick's Butchers), you can choose from the following:

🥩 8oz Rump - lean, bold and great with a cream forward sauce
🥩 8oz Fillet- tender and buttery, perfect with a rich flavoursome sauce
🥩 10oz Sirloin - great texture with a rich edge of fat
🥩 8oz Hangar- loose grained and rich taste, lovely with a herb vinegar sauce
🥩 16oz T-Bone - best of both with flavour and tenderness. Simple salt and pepper works best.

Every year we've been asked and every year it didn't feel like we could do it with our young families.

But THIS is the year....Christmas Day at Cask is officially a go 🎉🎉🎉🎉

We'll be open just for the afternoon so spaces will be limited and all bookings will be on a pre-order basis. The menu has been designed to include traditional and Cask-style dishes to appeal to both humbugs and yuletide fanatics.
