Thursday we are running a Burger Shack menu...some flavoursome creations sure to hit the spot!

We are in love with this Mini Egg Martini 😍😍😍

Vodka, Creme de Cacao and Irish cream shaken up and poured into a marine glass with a crushed mini egg rim.

Is it necessary....no!
Is it decadent...yes!
Is it delicious...yes!

We heard that Rum season is around the corner.

For us, it's always rum season! Especially when Caiprinhas are on the menu.

Think of it as a grown up Mojito with a bit of Brazillian flair from the Cachaça rum.

After a couple of weekends of private hire parties (shout out to Jess and Molly on two awesome nights!!), we're back to the usual grind.

And by usual grind, we mean top class cocktails in an intimate setting. Just like this Couple Of Gold cocktail.

A sour, gin based cocktail with mint and turmeric adding an interesting and refreshing dimension. Elegant simplicity in a glass.

This weekend saw the first of our Private Dining events in Cask and Cocktails.

A group of 10 chose a menu of Braised Pig Wings, Smoked Ox Cheeks, Pan Roasted Venison Loin and Gourmet S'Mores to finish. It was a lot of fun to design and cook and led to a very convivial evening all round.
