Do you like Disco? We’ve got you covered for a double headline live band and DJ whirlwind of a night. Featuring ‘Cavolo Nero’, a psychedelic groove band from The Netherlands, blending exotic rhythms with modern club influences and psychedelia.

Cavolo Nero is the ingredient for all kinds of Tuscan specialties, but also a six-piece band from Utrecht. The brand new project was born out of love for afrobeat and groove-oriented music. With inspirations such as Nu Genea, Khruangbin and Jungle By Night they play psychedelic grooves combined with indie and disco elements. Expect a lot of energy and the urge to dance to exotic grooves. Here is only one rule: let loose, as hypnotic grooves and ecstatic energy come together in an explosive live experience.

We sure love the funk here at The Chintz, so it’s going to be a special one, with Citrus Nights keeping the floor moving post gig till 2am.

An evening of Music, Poetry’ and informative discussion we are hoping to get you all involved against the colonialist led Genocide, and find out more about what we are doing and what our upcoming projects are, in particular students, we need your support.
The wonderful organisers at Chintz are supporting us with the use of this excellent venue in Falmouths High Street. The evening which warms up at 7pm with live a variety of live acts from the punk folk of Commoner, to the edgy poetry of Mac Dunlop and the rhythmic rap lyrics of MCMC aka Megan Chapman - it’s then time to get your dancing shoes on as we finish the with Kernewek (Cornish) Keltic music from Bagas Fellyon that will send you dancing down the street.

With a sound variety that spans House, UK Garage & Hard House, he has been building a scene with sounds from the UK in Austria for the past 4 years. Active behind the decks for the past four years, DER WERTHER has performed at some of Vienna’s most well-known venues, including Das Werk, Grelle Forelle, Pratersauna, The Loft, and Flucc.
