Unfortunately we are having troubles with our Wi-Fi at the moment 🛜👎 and it’s not working 🚫

Our tech team are working hard at resolving the problem and we will update you as soon as we have some news.

The great thing is that the coffee machine still works, and our chefs are ready to cook-up a storm! ☕️🍔 we’ve also got our book swap well stocked if you fancied a read 👀📚

Our app is also down, so it’s just bar service for now. We’ll be sure to entertain you with some good conversation and chat 😁

As many may know, half of Falmouth have been evacuated due to the unexploded World War Two shell down on the docks. During times like this, it’s so important for the community to come together and support each other.

We are still open, and anyone is welcome to come and shelter in the warm and dry with us with no obligation to buy anything. Just pop in, charge your phones, get some water and chill out. We’ve unfortunately got no customer WiFi at the moment.

You can also use Palacio as a meeting point to meet with any family or friends that you have been separated with.

If there is anything we can help with, please shoot us a message or email us at [email protected]
