Hispi Cabbage 2.0 is officially here. 🥬🔥
If you loved our Grilled Miso Hispi Cabbage (we know it was a massive staff and customer favourite!), you are going to be absolutely obsessed with its new upgrade.
We’ve kept the same perfect pan-seared and oven-roasted technique, but completely revamped the flavour profile. We’ve swapped the miso for a creamy Thai Green Curry Sauce, layered on a sweet and spicy house-made Nam Prik Kha jam (made with roasted galangal, chillies, palm sugar, and coconut oil), and finished it off with a mountain of crispy garlic and shallots.
