One of Cornwall's biggest & most loved food festival's returns 8th - 11th October 2026 to celebrate the start of the oyster dredging season!

Packed with cookery demonstrations by leading local chefs, oysters, seafood, wine and local ale, sea shanties, a town parade, live music, an oyster shucking competition, a Falmouth Working Boat race and marquees brimming with Cornish produce; the festival is a must for all oyster, seafood and maritime heritage enthusiasts! Falmouth Oyster Festival has seen an increasing number of Cornish food and

drink producers promoting their quality produce alongside the longstanding craft fair stalls in the festival marquee. Festival visitors can savour the expanding range of mouth watering Cornish food and drink, both on site whilst taking in the festival atmosphere or to take home and enjoy!

Wow - what a weekend! ✨🦪

Falmouth Oyster Festival sailed back in style. Sizzling chef demonstrations, amazing live music, thousands of Native Fal Oysters being shucked, and fizz flowing freely - it brought us so much! ☺️

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make it happen - the chefs, makers, musicians, sponsors, traders, the crew and you - the incredible crowd who showed up and brought the love & energy all weekend! ⚡️

💥 What's on Friday at the Falmouth Oyster Festival! 🎶

✨ Event Square was bubbling with activity yesterday. Thank you to all of the wonderful chefs & musicians who took to the stage 🙏

We're back again today with more demos, more music, and more oysters! 🦪

This evening sees the host the renowned chef & author for a conversation with in a collaboration with 📕

👉 Throughout the day, head up to enjoy the Arts & Crafts Market, painting demonstrations from resident artist Jamie Medlin, as well as the wonderful oyster workshops & wine masterclasses from Elly Owen 🍾

Falmouth Oyster Festival is FREE to attend throughout the day. Tickets are required for Falmouth Soul Sensation supported by Falmouth Gospel Choir from 7pm (£10). Tickets available from our website 🎫

💥 What's on Thursday at the Falmouth Oyster Festival! 🎶

We're back and we kick things off today on Event Square, by the National Maritime Museum Cornwall, for a day filled with chef demos, live music, and the mighty mollusc 🦪

Join Stephane Delourme for the opening ceremony, and stay for some of Cornwall's finest chefs, including some of Falmouth's own! 🖤💛

Find street food, the oyster & fizz bar with Camel Valley Vineyard to sip and slurp on Event Square, and be sure to head up to the Princess Pavilion for the Arts & Crafts Fair! 🧶
