We’ve finally got round to stocking the wonderful range - it took a minute!
From right to left:
Ebba Tidal - Bolder and more juniper-forward than its stable mate (Coastal). Hand harvested shoreline seaweeds add spice, herbal notes and a light saline character.
Ebba Coastal - a London dry with Cornish botanicals, sea aster, rock samphire and sea berries. Juniper forward with zesty citrus notes and a clean sea herb finish. Packaged in a distinctive duck egg ceramic bottle.
Rum Dhu Black Spiced Rum - fermented in Cornwall, distilled in copper pot stills, then spiced and aged in oak. Bold and warming.
Keynvor Spiced Honey Rum - Keynvor is the Cornish word for ocean. Small batch fermented, distilled, cask aged and spiced in Cornwall - it balances sweet local honey against salty seaweed umami with subtle notes of saffron and warm spice.
Rum Dhu Pure White Rum - open fermented, double pot distilled and proofed with Cornish water. No additives and no added sugar. Light notes of toffee apple, vanilla and molasses with a herbal finish.
Rum Dhu Cask Aged Gold Rum - open fermented with dunder, double pot distilled and aged in oak casks before being proofed with Cornish water. Notes of toffee apple, honey, vanilla and molasses with a sweetness from wood sugars and sherry.
