The Guest Wine Stars are back!
Starting again this month we have two new wines from Stellenbosch South Africa

The Chenin Blanc 2023-
Has prominent hints of stone fruits such as white pears and apricot.

**
The Cabernet Sauvignon 2022-
Has a taste of subtle red berries, sage and a hint of chocolate with a well integrated fruit finish.

Opening times are as usual this weekend:
Thursday- Saturday 5-11pm
With a very special Valentine’s G&T and a special themed cocktail for this weekend only.
On Friday we will have some tasty sharing platters to nibble on and Saturday will be The Seven Stars Falmouth annual pasty competition which starts at 7:30pm. Entries in by 7:15!!

L' ARTISAN CHARDONNAY-South of France | France
NEXT STAYION DOURO DOC-Douro | Portugal

The Chardonnay-
*Elegant tropical fruit flavours on the nose and a rich, mellow wine with a good balance between acidity and buttery notes on the palate.
The Douro Doc-
*Elegance and balanced with a fantastic aromatic intensity of wild fruits, and refined spice notes in a longand velvety finish.

November Guest Wine Stars:
Both these delicious wines are from Rhone France.
*The Boutinot ‘la fleur solitaire’ Côtes du Rhône blanc has flavours that are nuanced and refined rather than overt. Careful use of oak adds texture and structure without masking the freshness of this very drinkable white.
*Côtes du Rhône, Berthet-Rayne
This Cotes de Rhone has a beautiful red color robe with purple-violet tints.
The palate is full and the attack is supple.

Both these wines are available by the glass or by the bottle.

Not long left to try the guest wines before they’re gone! Pop on down and give them a try.

From the south of France we have L’artisian Pinot Noir, and from Loire we have the Famille Liubeau, Muscadet Servre Et Maine ‘Generations’

The Pinot Noir has aromas of small fresh and crunchy strawberries accompanied by a few morello cherries. The palate is very fresh, elegant and above all perfectly balanced.

The ‘Generations’ has more delicate flavours of apple and citrus fruits, the wine is left on its lees, during which time the wine acquires some complexity.
