Step off the familiar whisky map and into the unknown with Lost Luggage on the 30th of July. A tasting journey inspired by drams that have wandered off the well‑trodden path.

We’ll be pouring five unexpected whiskies from lesser‑known regions and distilleries, each one carrying its own story and a passport stamped with flavour. Think character over convention, discovery over destination.

The evening also includes a Society supper.

Fillet Of Salmon
Potato Rosti, Sea Herbs, Mussels & Roast Tomato Sauce

Sarah: "Ripe fruits & honey flavour profiles are a wee sunshine treat this Summer. Cask No. 113.84: Bottled Sunshine, a fragrant and fruity beauty of a pairing here."

Opening this brought beneficent rays of sunlight into the room – rose gardens, parma violets, strawberry, peach, cherry and quince, sun on Maroc oranges and even a hint of seaside holidays.

Our new Summer Menu is live! The team have made sure every bite and every sip is expertly matched, just for you.

Starting off with our Heritage Tomato Bruschetta (v)
Buffallo mozarella, Basil Pesto & Crispy Capers

Chris: "Our Sweet & Zesty flavour profile is a go-to here. Mediteranean dreaming in Scotland... Look out for Cask No. G17.1: Shades of green."

The colour green came to mind nosing neat as we found Williams pears, granny smith apples and a kiwi cucumber salad with walnuts and fresh mint, as well as a cup of matcha in the finish.

Come on down and pair the yummy stuff.

A modern Lowland distillery with a forward-thinking approach, InchDairnie is known for pushing boundaries- from precision distillation to creative maturation-resulting in bold, characterful whiskies that stand apart from the traditional Lowland style.

We’ll be joined by Logan Shaw, who will guide you through three InchDairnie expressions, each showcasing the distillery’s distinctive character. Alongside these, you’ll enjoy two carefully selected Society drams.

Join us at The Vaults on Thursday June 18 2026 as we welcome InchDairnie Distillery for an evening of flavour and innovation.

A modern Lowland distillery with a forward-thinking approach, InchDairnie is known for pushing boundaries - from precision distillation to creative maturation - resulting in bold, characterful whiskies that stand apart from the traditional Lowland style.

We’ll be joined by Logan Shaw, who will guide you through three InchDairnie expressions, each showcasing the distillery’s distinctive character. Alongside these, you’ll enjoy two carefully selected Society drams.
