We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our busy team. If you thrive in a vibrant atmosphere, love working with the community, and want to be part of a fantastic team, we have two positions available:
1️⃣ Weekend Bar & Floor Staff
Our weekend shifts revolve around the community calendar—from busy match days to live music and events. We need team members who can bring the energy when the pub is buzzing!
The Hours: Primarily Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays. Flexibility is key, as hours may shift depending on our weekend event schedule.
Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced pub environment is highly preferred. You should be confident pouring a great pint, handling cash, and working under pressure.
The Right Fit: We need a natural people person. You are warm, proactive, great with regulars, and calm when the bar gets busy.
2️⃣ Cook / Kitchen Staff
The kitchen is the heart of our food service, keeping our guests happy and full. We need someone dependable who takes pride in putting out great, consistent pub food.
The Hours: Flexible shift patterns, including weekends to cover our busiest food days.
Experience: Previous experience cooking in a commercial kitchen or pub environment is essential. Food safety/hygiene certificates are a major plus.
The Right Fit: You need to be organised, clean, and fast on your feet. We are looking for someone who can manage tickets efficiently during a rush and maintain high standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene.
