Join us this June & July for the World Cup 2026.

We’ve worked tirelessly to add a third screen to the bar, with a brand new 85” TV in the beer garden ready for the World Cup, joining our existing 100” projector in the bar and a 58” TV above the bar. That’s 243 inches of football with not a spot in the bar out of view of the action.

We’ve also got an American and Mexican Lager on tap for the whole event in honour of the host nations, and we’re offering a World Cup special deal with cans of The Captain dropped to £5 a can during the games, so you can grab a can and run back to your seat without delay!

Usual rules apply: no t***s welcome.

Priority entry will be granted for the finals to those who join us for the Group Stages. Look after us and we’ll look after you! 🖤

June 20th is the return of Essex pride in Central Park, we’ll be there again with serving local beer in the festival grounds.

But before that on June 19th, we’ve got the unofficial Pre-party returning! Get yourself ready for the event with karaoke until Midnight, and Jukebox until 1!

You guys packed it out last year, hopefully we’ll see you all again this year!

Headlining the night on Friday July 3rd, will be Colchester based indie !
Flowing out of some east East Anglian Estuary, Shed provides a rollercoaster of upbeat, fast-storytelling, intertwined with Insight and intrigue into everyday life. They’re high energy, and a local favourite!

Chelmsford locals are back for their 3rd time at RCS! Expect a riff-driven live sound, always a pleasure to have them back!

are heading to RCS for the second time, joining the Colchester contingent heading here for this one, they’re bringing their upbeat brand of punk, a great one to pair with the Shed guys! Stream their song “Kettle” now.

Opening the night will be RCS favourite with his full band outfit , expect Luke’s incredible songwriting re-imagined into a bright and captivating full band format.
