The George and Dragon is a typical traditional village local, situated in the heart Charlesworth village on the Marple to Glossop road.

Right on the edge of the Pennines, the back bone of England. We serve traditional meals and offer a good selection of ales & wines. We are children and dog friendly too. In the Summer you can sit in our sun trapped beer garden and in Winter sit by the cosy log fire in our main room. We often have live music events and a meeting room with WiFi facility is available. With a large car park, the George and Dragon is an ideal stopping off place on route to the Pennines, the Peak District and beyond. Please 'like' our page to keep up to date with whats on.
