Due too increase demand we are looking too expand our kitchen team!

We are looking for a qualified chef too assist our head chef

Job Description - Chef

Ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the specific site standards.

Ensure that stock is rotated and controlled including food labelling within the specific section of the kitchen and a high level of hygiene is maintained at all times.

Maintain a detailed knowledge of the full menu and be able to explain dish descriptions.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements under the H&S act 1974 and Food Hygiene.

Ensure all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are carefully adhered to.

Adhere to prescribed standards of personal hygiene and grooming.

Perform any other duties as required.

To ensure that all cleaning rotas are adhered to and carried out in a timely and effective manner.

To ensure that all food hygiene due diligence paper work is completed in a correct and timely manner.

To communicate effectively with the kitchen team and all members of the front of house and management team.
