The Candlelight

The Candlelight Multi Award Winning Destination Pub in the Blackdown Hills Candlelight Inn combines a great deal of usable space with a snug and inviting atmosphere.

There is certainly plenty of space without losing its intimate charm: Exposed stone walls, beamed ceiling and fireplaces and wood burners add character and the gardens are lovely. Enjoy our local ales, beers and fine produce in our restaurant.

As part of a new series, we’ll be introducing the people behind the Candlelight — the team who bring our values, culture, and hospitality to life every day.
First up is Kyle, our Sous Chef, who joined us in mid-March after spending four months cooking in Argentina — something we’re looking forward to sharing more about soon 👀
At the Candlelight, we believe great hospitality starts with great people. We’re proud to create an environment where our team’s personalities, talent, and passion can shine, both in the kitchen and front of house.
