The days stretch that bit further, turning into easy, unhurried evenings by the water. One drink becomes two, conversations linger, and cocktails are best enjoyed as the light dips over the harbour.

At Rise Cafe Bar, it’s our favourite kind of rhythm. From slow mornings to golden hour drinks on the decking, it’s all about making the most of the longer, lighter days.

Led by our chef Sankar, who hails from Bangalore, the evening celebrates bold, authentic flavours inspired by his roots and experience. Guests will enjoy a traditional thali, a vibrant selection of dishes served together, showcasing a balance of spices, textures, and flavours.

Expect fragrant curries, warming spices, and colourful plates designed for sharing and gathering around the table. It’s a relaxed, sociable evening, perfect for catching up with friends, date night, or trying something a little different midweek.
