A quick pic of the boss of all our pizzas before it went out last weekend… the ‘Cosa Nostra’ - Our Thing. Here it’s doing the work of 3 Sicarios but it comes with any of our Romano toppings. Perfect for family sharing or date night! The only trouble is finding big enough boards to put it on!!

Colazione!! The arrival of the brunch pizza … tomato, pancetta, mushrooms and eggs. Lots of black pepper. Too good. Making its debut tomorrow morning when we’ll be open from just 9:30-1:30. These will be our new Sunday hours and next week we’ll be launching a special bunch menu avail every Sunday. Ngl it’s going to be spectacular. See you for brunch on any Sunday this summer 🥰😎

WOW what a weekend!!! Thank you West Bay locals and visitors for all the amazing feedback and love for our new venture. We learned a lot this weekend, mostly how great the vibe is on our beautiful terrace when it’s packed with you all enjoying the sun, the views and our food. Amazing. We’re closing today and tomorrow but will be back Thursday at 10am. Above is a sneak preview of our version of a Fiorentina - The ‘Comare’. Coming soon to 😍

Ahhh the Cardinale… as desirable as Claudia (google it) and as close to heaven as an old man in a red satin cape. Flavours from the north of Italy - pancetta, onion, cream, parmesan - on a superthin crispy base. Lots of black pepper. All it needs is a glass of something cold beside it. We’d be happy to be locked in conclave with this Cardinal.

We have to confess… the secret recipe that keeps everyone asking “oh my God, what did you do to these croissants??” wasn’t our invention. We copied (as well as we could without a recipe) the orange blossom glaze on the croissants in our favourite bar in Calabria. We love them and we hope you do toooooo 🥐🥰

When rain stopped play yesterday we had a kitchen lock in and played with some pizza topping combos for fun. This one, a perfect brunch pizza, was mushroom, prosciutto and an egg.
The egg divided the team.
Do you like an egg on a pizza? Fiorentina? Come on… it’s amazing!
