Our park offers a range of entertainment options, including live shows, events, and functions. We are looking for a dedicated Sound and Lighting Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain sound and lighting equipment for various shows, events, and functions.
Ensure high-quality audio and visual output during performances.
Transport equipment safely across different venues within the park.
Work independently as well as part of a stage team.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless production.

Requirements:
Previous experience in sound and lighting operation is preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
Strong technical knowledge of sound and lighting equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Full UK driving license preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a seasonal position starting 24th March 2025 until 1st November 2025.
You will be required to work two nights a week off peak and five nights a week during our peak season.

As the friendly face of our reception, your upbeat personality and customer service skills are needed to welcome customers and guests.
You will:
Answer a multi-line telephone system.
Greet customers and visitors in a welcoming, efficient and professional manner.
Record customer's requirements in the bookings system.
Answer queries and resolve customer issues.
maintain the reception area, ensuring displays are tidied, up-to-date and the area meets health and safety requirements.
receive and account for any payments taken at reception maintaining appropriate security of cash and processing credit/debit card payments.
carry out any other relevant tasks as and when required.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

Have strong experience in the set-up and operation of audio and AV equipment, specifically within a corporate or hospitality environment.
Are professional and able to demonstrate an understanding of how to provide a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
Are passionate about events and technology in equal measure and are keen to gain practical experience.
Have knowledge of Behringer x 32 mixers and Show Express lighting system desirable.
Are highly organised and good time keepers with the ability to multitask and excellent team players.
