Tomorrow night's the last show of our 11th season! 🥳 And for our season finale we're excited to welcome back a longtime friend of the show (who's a Schöneberg local to boot!). Get ready for your headliner Rohit Bhatia! 🔥

Born and brought up in Bombay, India, Rohit worked as a news reporter, and played in a punk rock band called Kinky ski Munky, before moving to Berlin. He quickly made a mark in Berlin’s stand-up comedy scene, and is known for his acerbic wit and thought-provoking material. Since then, Rohit has regularly performed in the Netherlands, Czech Republic, and several European and Asian capitals.

Rohit’s observations about life in Europe have evoked joy, mirthfulness, empathy and, on occasions, manic rage. His material covers a wide variety of topics including race-relations, cultural appropriation, foreign policy, immigration, and religious persecution in correlation with waking up too early. In addition to the local press, he has been featured on BBC Radio and in The Guardian.

He performed his first solo show to a packed room in Sweden. A regular on Berlin’s comedy circuit, he hosts houseful comedy shows in Kreuzberg, notably Revolver ~ The comedy show with a Bang! He also performs in German.

In India, Rohit worked in the newsrooms of The Times of India and Daily News & Analysis. He contributed to music magazines Blender and The Record. He continues to write for online and print news journals as a freelancer. His past work experience include credits in the Hindi film industry as a writer and lyricist.

Here's our next special guest who we can't wait to have on our stage for the first time... 🥳

Created in London, Harpy has been working professionally in Europe for 4 years. She is a trans feminine trained dancer, choreographer and comedian in Berlin. She is currently focusing on hosting, panel talks, podcasts and workshops for trans-inclusive feminism. Harpy also does stand-up, is learning beatboxing and is co-manager of the showdance group THE GIRLS. In the long term, she would like to go on television, conquer the media more and perform internationally more often.

Harpy also reached the finals of this year's Berlin New Stand-up Award! You don't want to miss her! 💅

First up is Daniel Gottschling, who will be performing at Go West for the first time!

Daniel aka Schlingi is an Austrian-born comedian who came to Berlin 3 years ago with unexplainable lower back pain and a quest to reinvent himself as a sophisticated clown. Informed by the darkrooms of Ficken3000 and his search for companionship in the underwear section of his local TK Maxx, his stand-up combines neurotic stupidity with some naughty fun while exploring complex themes around homosexuality, being gay and p***s. Great for a Sunday outing with the whole family. 🤣

A BBC Popcorn Award Nominee for her 2023 Edinburgh debut Involuntary Momslaughter, she followed that success with 2024’s Miss Communication, hailed as “exceptionally well-written and flawlessly executed” (Brighton on the Inside).

Originally from Florida, a subject she has enjoyed making fun of worldwide, Abigail pairs her cerebral and confessional stand-up with her ‘Smart Mouth’ Comic Bites, a digital expansion of her comedy that bridges the gap from stage to page.
