WHY "FIROZA"?

Firoza means turquoise in Hindi and we like how it sounds.

Also, turquoise is a stage in spiral dynamics (if you don't know spiral dynamics, check it out, it's a quite useful model of the evolutionary development of individuals, organizations, and societies).

Finally turquoise or firoza is a blue-green mineral that humans also enjoy as a beautiful gemstone. Our logo is a depiction of a turquoise stone with it's typical spidery veining (the lines).
