Spaghetti alle Vongole, Clams, Chilli, Parsley, Sea Herbs.
A Cellar Bar classic where vongole, garlic, chilli, olive oil and white wine come together in a dish rooted in tradition. Simply finished with sea herbs for crisp texture and gently bitter, mineral character.
Our spaghetti is housemade daily, using our extruder.
