'GIN SONG' is about celebrating our multicultural team, which is particularity important after recent events and having to see so many migrants return home. Our migrants have played an integral role in the development of our Melbourne culture and continue to contribute to its prosperity and soul.
Our venues are a melting pot of talent from diverse backgrounds who come together to deliver our own Italian heritage.
In celebration of multiculturalism we are honouring our Korean team members, Jinhyeok Lim & Wonchang Song, who are taking over the kitchen at Arlechin with a Korean Pop up.
