Building a pub on one of Melbourneā€™s most iconic corners was never going to be simple. When we opened Springrock Public Bar in July 2024, we wanted it to feel like it had always belonged here ā€¦. the kind of place you wander into for one drink and end up staying a while!

Every detail was considered. The horseshoe-shaped bar designed to feel warm and welcoming from every angle. The mid-century interiors that feel familiar from the moment you walk through the doors. Proper pub grub, cold beers and the kind of atmosphere that makes the city feel a little smaller.
