The Green Team at Mowbray Golf Club is turning empty drink containers into essential equipment! 🏌♻️

Known as "Dads Army", this group of retired volunteers has been collecting eligible containers from around the course and clubhouse for the past year, raising $4,200 to purchase tools, personal protective equipment and other equipment needed to maintain the club. 💚

Royal Hobart Cup Winner!

Josh Millich has taken out the Royal Hobart Cup over the weekend with a score of 140. MGC couldn't be more proud.

Congratulations to Josh, he has been putting in some great scores recently and has converted that to an important title down south.

Mowbray Golf Club has been successful in the 2025-26 Active Clubs Grant Program.
Anyone out on the course today will see where the funding is going: new cups, flags and poles, plus freshly painted holes. Equipment grants like this are tied to specific items, so it's gear the club would otherwise have had to fund itself.
