Some nights are simply different. This is one of them. Grain is welcoming musicians from the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra for an intimate evening where locally sourced, carefully curated produce meets live classical music.

Thursday 9th July, 6pm.

Dine on a menu curated by Food Director Massimo Mele and Executive Chef Thomas Pirker with each course arriving in its own moment, matched with wines from sommelier Calvin Ling and scored by the performers alongside you.

Watch the flames. Follow the aroma. Food, Fire, Winter Frivolity is more than a dinner, it's an immersive celebration of Tasmanian produce.

This year, we're thrilled to welcome Hall's Barbeque to the feast, serving their signature twice-smoked jalapeno & red cheddar brisket sausage alongside a menu of bold winter flavours. Throughout the evening, chefs will cook before your eyes at outdoor fire stations, creating a roaming feast under the stars.

Set against Highfield House, the evening brought together the flavours of the region with the people behind them - a celebration of community, produce and place.
