THE ROLE,
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Gaming Attendants to join the energetic team at BLACK STALLION HOTEL.
If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Handle cash transactions accurately and confidently
• Operate and maintain gaming machines and Keno facilities
• Prepare and serve beverages for guests
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming venue environment
• Ensure all RSA and RSG requirements are consistently upheld
ABOUT YOU,
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and late-night shifts up to 11:30 PM
• A positive, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in a similar gaming role
• Confidence in handling cash and processing transactions
• Excellent attention to detail
• Current RSA and RSG certificates
• Keno experience is advantageous, but not essential
