Tomorrow night is a special one 🍻🎻

Daniel di Biase is taking over Mountain Culture Katoomba for his last gig for a little while, joined by friends Alex and Maizy Coombes for a night of Appalachian folk, sea shanties, country blues and plenty more.

Dan and his partner are packing their bags and heading to Italy for a year to teach English 🇮🇹 — so before we lose him to good wine, pasta and European adventures, we’re throwing him a proper Katoomba send-off.

If you’ve caught Dan playing around the Mountains, shared a beer with him, or just love a good old-fashioned night of live music — come fill the room and help us send him off properly.

One last hometown hoedown before Italy. 🍺🇮🇹

Come have a beer, sing something loudly and say arrivederci to one of our own.

What an amazing event! 🍻🔥

Stout Night was an absolute ripper! DJ and Pat taking us through the masterclass, the Karu rum-aged stout pouring direct from the barrel, the fires roaring and some seriously world-class stouts to celebrate the end of winter.

Mountain High Pies absolutely delivered with the feed, and CJ Stranger Trio were slamming out blues bangers all night. 🎸🥧

Massive thank you to everyone who came down and made the night what it was. We love putting on events like this and getting everyone together over bloody good beer, food and music.

Hailing from the Blue Mountains, Daniel Di Biase brings a mix of country, traditional folk and old-time storytelling to the Mountain Culture stage.
