It's only been about 9 months but finally another beer is gracing the brewery! A Banksia Ale is now safe and sound in the brew fridge, cruising along at a cosy 18 degrees.

The last of the Banksia Spring Lagers:(. It's been soooo long (around Nov last year was the last one drunk) but i've held back until today! This is in celebration though... the Banksia's are back on!!! The Banksia Honey Ale was born today!

Racking the Double Choc Stout. Not sure about this one? Stupidly put the wort in the priming fridge thinking it would be the right temps for Ale. Looked The next day and the yeast was going off!! The temp was 25 degrees:/ too high!! Anyway it brewed in 2 days!!! A new brewery record!!
