I’ve you heard of our Cordon Bleu? Well here’s a cheeky picture of it.
Sous-vide chicken ballotine stuffed with leg ham and emmental coated with bread crumbs. Served with crispy punched chat potatoes, grilled asparagus and ducts carrots.

Side note: it’s 100% gluten free

We are so exited for this events. They are back and what a Line up!

Get ready for another big night inside The Vault!

Exciting news. We are returning to a free monthly night akin to the Cocktail Bar vibes we had at The Avalon. Our last one was in November 2016. So it’s been 10 years. This time we are relocating to the newly revamped The Vault. Formerly Aunty Jacks/Eds. It’ll be every first Saturday of the month. Starting 4th July.

Less dancefloor oriented music, but who knows where we’ll go tempo wise. We’ll still continue to do the big parties, it’s just that this will be more eclectic & laidback with a soundtrack culled from our extensive vinyl collections. Check the musical genres on the poster.

The recent launch at THE VAULT was a huge success. Packed to the rafters. New paint job, new artwork, new cocktail menu. And an enthusiastic owner & staff as well.
