🛡️ Stone Guardian – Whisky Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout 10% 🛡️

Introducing Stone Guardian, a whisky barrel-aged Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our friends at Lark Distillery.

This beer has been over a year in the making. Back in mid-2025, we sat down with the team at Lark and worked through the very serious business of blending our Imperial Stout base with a range of their whiskies. After extensive “research” and perhaps a little too much sampling, one whisky stood above the rest: Dark Lark.
Inspired by Tasmania after dark during the depths of winter, Dark Lark’s rich character proved the perfect match for our signature Imperial Stout.

At the end of 2025, Lark supplied us with freshly emptied Dark Lark barrels, still wet with whisky. We filled them with Imperial Stout brewed right here in Hobart and left them to mature for months before finally emptying them just weeks ago, perfectly timed for Dark M**o.

The result is a layered and complex stout that combines our cocoa- and coffee-driven Imperial Stout base with Dark Lark’s signature notes of papaya, maple-glazed almonds, berry compote, fig pudding, pear and marzipan. Rich, decadent and built for long winter nights.

This is an extremely limited release brewed in small quantities, so get in quick for your chance to celebrate Dark M**o wherever you may be.

🐍 Snakes On A Bus – DDH IPA 🐍

This week we’re dropping a collab with none other than Other Half Brewing.
If you know Hazy IPAs, you know Other Half. The Brooklyn legends helped shape the modern haze craze, so when they made the trip out for The Gathering, we had to brew something special together.
Somewhere between riding a double-decker bus through Katoomba and meeting a collection of snakes, lizards and a saltwater crocodile, Snakes On A Bus was born.

This DDH IPA is loaded with hand-selected Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Motueka and Strata, finished with a hit of Strata Hyperboost. Expect huge notes of mango, passionfruit pulp, lime sorbet and strawberries-and-cream lollies wrapped up in a soft, saturated body.

🍓 Ceremonial Grade – Mixed Berry Sour 5% 🫐

We’re also releasing our first-ever collab with Japan’s UCHU.
Anyone who attended The Gathering knows their heavily fruited sours quickly became festival favourites. After seeing just how much fruit goes into these beers, we decided there was only one option: commit fully.
Ceremonial Grade is packed with blackberry, strawberry, blueberry and raspberry for a thick, juicy sour that blurs the line between beer and smoothie. Fruity, vibrant and questionably beer-like in the best possible way.

🍫 Have A Break – Imperial Stout 🍫

For legal reasons, we can’t say exactly what we’ve put into this beer, but do you remember that viral chocolate bar heist back in March? It is that break-apart chocolate bar that is the inspiration behind this indulgent stout.
And from the first sip, it’s pure indulgence. Waves of rich milk chocolate melt into wafer-biscuit nostalgia, while deep roasted cocoa rolls underneath the velvet thunder. A decadent, silky body ties everything together in a warm embrace of comfort.
Have a break. You’ve earned it.

🍑 Pure Cinema – Hazy Pale Ale 🍑

On the flip side, we have a fresh Hazy Pale that has every element dialled in. We’ve gone straight to the top shelf to select the Peacherine and Citra hops that create a full-flavour showcase for the palate. Bursting with ripe peach, citrus creamsicle, and fuzzy tropical fruits, while the late addition of Sabro rolls through waves of coconut and dankness, making the whole experience feel like a fever dream.

As we welcome the month of June, we’re taking a moment to reflect on just how awesome May was for limited releases. Not only did we drop a stack of fresh beers, but we also squeezed in not one, not two, but eight international collaborations.
To celebrate, we’ve sent Eli into the farthest corners of the cool room to wrangle the final few cases and put together this almighty mixed pack, showcasing collaborations with breweries from three different continents.
