48 hours in the making 🇮🇹🍕

This week, Molino Casillo Ambassador Mike Antoni is taking over the Ollie’s pizza kitchen, working alongside our team to create a special dough using premium Italian Casillo flour.

Started on Monday, the dough rests and ferments for 48 hours before hitting our pizza oven on Wednesday night, 9th September.

Molino Casillo has been producing Italian flour and semolina since 1958, with its pizza range developed specifically for professional pizza making.

Available Wednesday evening only.
