Due to popular demand our Nonna’s $20 Pasta night is extended throughout winter.

We miss dinner dates with our nonna! We’re giving everyone an opportunity to take them time and bring them out.
ALL Pastas are $20 and as always; a free glass of wine if you bring your Nonna’s along!

We love seeing people share night and stories with nonna. Bring her along for a cozy night out!

One of the things we love most about Italy is the coffee bar culture.

You don’t grab a takeaway and rush off. You step up to the bar, order your coffee, have a quick chat, drink it there and then, and get on with your day. It might only take a few minutes, but it’s a moment people make time for.

There’s something special about standing shoulder-to-shoulder with strangers, neighbours, and friends, all sharing the same ritual.

We wanted to bring a little bit of that feeling to Da Bepi.

So whether you’re starting the day, stopping by after lunch, or just need a quick coffee break, pull up at the bar and enjoy coffee the Italian way.

On the eve of opening Da Bepi we got a call that our last remaining nonna (Nonna Alba) in Italy had taken a turn for the worst. Dad had to fly out last minute just days before we opened to go say his good byes.

We always cherished company with our Nonna’s and miss the time we got to spend with them. From bus trips to La Porchetta Reservoir on school holidays with Nonna Maria. To convincing Nonna Alba to make one more international flight with us back to Australia.

We cherish our times we had with them and are sad we didn’t get a chance to say goodbye and sad we won’t be able to spend that time with nonna again.

However there are people that can still have this. In April, we are putting on Nonna’s Pasta Night. On Thursdays we are inviting people to bring their Nonna to the bar for a date night. Offering $20 pastas across the board and we’ll even give nonna a free glass of house wine with her meal!

Share stories! Bring nonna out and let her have a glass of wine on us! We miss our Nonna’s so take the time to spend time with yours!
