We make a lot of stuff in house, but a lot of the other good stuff is made possible by our suppliers. 🛒

A little shoutout to the people who keep us going with locally made and sourced, sustainable, quality ingredients and products.

1. Espresso Martini ☕️ Espresso, Kahlua & Stolichnaya, shaken and served straight up.

Some new drinks to try! The Paloma with gochugaru and our Choose Your Pickle Martini with the House Pickle. 🍸🥒

3. The Georgia Punch 🍊 Iced tea, El Jimador & Southern Comfort with orange & mint. + The Rocking Chair 🥃 Bell’s whisky, ginger beer & bitters over ice, served with mint. Both are also part of our Happy Hour special. Selected drinks for R48, Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm to 6pm. 🕺🏽

Kimchi made in-house, Sriracha, miso mayo & toasted peanuts — all piled into one very good dog.

Best enjoyed with something cold. The all-time classic, alcohol-free Hibiscus & Lime Soda, always hits the spot. 🍹

The week ahead at Clarke’s. Breakfast, salads, takeaways and things we make fresh every day. 🌞

1. Chicken pickle sandwich — free-range chicken with prebiotic-rich Knosh Earth Food sauerkraut, house-made lacto-fermented daikon & cocktail gherkins on Woodstock Bakery | Artisanal Bakery in Cape Town sourdough with house-made aioli & cultured yoghurt. 🥪

2. Chickpea salad — baby spinach, goat’s cheese, cucumber, peppers, red onion dressing, toasted sunflower seeds, pea shoots, carrot ribbons & fresh coriander. Add chicken if you’re after something a little heartier. 🥗

3. The (vegetarian) Sloppy Joe — organic black beans braised in red wine, beer & smoked tomatoes on our burger bun, topped with smoked mozzarella & avocado. 🍔
