There is no denying that the negroni is the epitome of simplicity in the world of cocktails. GARY REGAN

Most drinks get one day celebrations, not seven, but science tells us that negroni is seven times better than all other cocktails, so it's only fair.
Alone or with friends, in a bar or at home you should definently enjoy this mix.

Recipe
35ml ~ Gin
15ml ~ Butter washed
15ml ~
20ml ~ Pineapple, star anis and cinnamon Tepache
A twist on a classic negroni with Caparetif and sweet pineapple and spice tepache. The cocktail itself features fresh notes of cinnamon and star anis that will instantly transport you to India. Opirh London dry gin adds a nice spicy note, while the partnership of pineapple, star anis and cinnamon tepache combine to offer a warm underpinning roundness.
South African ingredients used in here are: Caparetif. The bitter sweet botanical flavour of this fortified wine based aperitif makes it a winning ingredient in this cocktail and it brings us back to South Africa
