TREAT YOURSELF: Kerala Mutton Curry + Biriyani β¨
We pressure cook our meat with spices & then slow cooked for hours. Our mutton dishes are made with Kerala inspired spices, coconut cream & Kashmiri chilli powder for that extra spiciness.
Our biriyani base is layered with mutton curry then:
- fried onions
- fresh mint & coriander
- fragrant rice
- saffron infused milk
- ghee
- more fried onions, fresh mint & coriander
- roasted cashews
This isn't North Indian or Durban flavours, it's Kerala (South Indian) flavours β¨ππ½ππ₯°
