🇪🇹 Ethiopian Gedeb | Eva Gotiti Washed
Gedeb lies in the south‑eastern part of the Gedeo Zone, within the wider Yirgacheffe area. Farms here reach 2,000–2,100 metres, with cool temperatures, steady rainfall and red, mineral‑rich soils. Cherries mature slowly, contributing to sugar development and clarity in the cup.
Eva Gotiti is a small washing station established in 2022. Around 900 smallholder farmers deliver cherry each season. The coffee is fully washed, with fermentation carried out in water before drying on raised beds.
In the cup, this lot shows blueberry, citrus and stone fruit notes, with hints of Earl Grey and floral tones, supported by a gentle sweetness. A light roast with extended development helps maintain balance and definition.

🇨🇷 Costa Rican La Isla Villa Sarchí | West Valley
La Isla is a family‑run farm in Naranjo in Costa Rica’s West Valley, managed by the Jiménez and Padilla family. Sitting at around 1,560 metres, the farm focuses on honey‑processed microlots, with cherries handpicked at peak ripeness and kept separate by variety.

This lot is 100% Villa Sarchí, a Bourbon mutation well suited to the region’s altitude. The honey process, where mucilage is left on during drying, contributes to berry notes, soft cocoa tones and a juicy finish, with a rounded structure. A light roast keeps the fruit clear while maintaining the texture shaped during processing.

Ki‑Saya is an organic washed coffee developed by Covoya and launched in 2024. It brings together selected lots from smallholder farmers across Chiapas, with profiling carried out at origin to maintain consistency.

Ripe cherries are depulped shortly after delivery, fermented, fully washed and dried on small patios at farm level. In the cup, this lot shows berry notes, brown sugar sweetness and a warm spice finish, with a medium‑plus body and low to moderate acidity. Our light roast keeps the profile steady and approachable.

In the narrow valleys of Jardín in southwestern Antioquia, coffee grows at altitude among steep ridgelines and river gorges. Fincamigos farms between 1,700 and 2,000 metres, where cooler conditions slow cherry ripening and help shape balance and structure in the cup.

This washed Typica offers peach notes, honeyed sweetness and a soft nutty finish, with medium body and measured acidity. A light roast approach keeps the profile clear and consistent.

From the southern slopes of Mount Kenya, Karia‑Ini Peaberry is produced by smallholder farmers delivering cherry to a cooperative‑run wet mill in Kirinyaga. The factory sits at around 1,600 metres, where steady rainfall and cooler temperatures slow cherry development and support clarity in the cup.

This fully washed Peaberry shows stone fruit, cocoa dust and a sweet syrup‑like finish, with balanced acidity and a medium mouthfeel. A light roast keeps the structure intact while allowing the sugars to settle cleanly.
