Music Bingo at The Nosy Nif 🎶🍷

Get ready to sip, sing along, and compete at Music Bingo!

Music Bingo puts a fun musical spin on traditional bingo. Instead of listening for numbers, you’ll hear clips from popular songs. Recognize a song on your card? Mark it off! Complete the winning pattern, call out “BINGO,” and you could take home a prize.

Expect great music, friendly competition, delicious drinks, and plenty of moments that will have the whole room singing along. No music expertise is required—just bring your friends and your best song-recognition skills.

Meet Lindsey Wade – Author, Cold Case Detective & Champion of DNA

Join us for the inaugural Read Between the W**es Author Series as we welcome Lindsey Wade, award-winning author of In My DNA: My Career Investigating Your Worst Nightmares.

After serving 21 years with the Tacoma Police Department, including 14 years as a detective investigating sexual assaults, child abuse, missing persons, and homicides, Lindsey retired as Tacoma's Cold Case Detective in 2018. She continued her work with the Washington State Attorney General's Office, helping solve cold cases through DNA and playing a key role in the passage of Jennifer & Michella's Law, which expanded the use of DNA in Washington State.

Her award-winning memoir, In My DNA, chronicles some of the most challenging investigations of her career, including the decades-long pursuit of justice for Jennifer Bastian, the Tacoma cold case that ultimately helped define her career. The book is a 2024 Gold Benjamin Franklin Book Award winner, a 2023 Silver IPPY Award winner, and a finalist for the 2024 CrimeCon Clue Awards.

Beyond the pages of her book, Lindsey continues to educate and engage true crime audiences through her In My DNA podcast and appearances on nationally recognized podcasts. On her website, listeners can explore episodes covering topics such as Ted Bundy's DNA profile, the Ann Marie Burr case, life as a cold case detective, missing children investigations, and behind-the-scenes stories from her career solving violent crimes. She has also been featured on podcasts including Zone 7, My Favorite Murder, Dive Bar, Policing Matters, and many others.
